God calls each of us to go and make disciples. Are you interested in seeing your talents used to accomplish that? We love to see adults taking on an active role in discipling our children and encourage those interested to get involved in our children’s education, volunteer in the nursery, teach a Sunday School, or run a booth at the Easter Carnival. Whatever your area of interest is, if you are a parent, grand-parent or adult congregation member, have attended New Hope for 4-6 months, have a love for children and a desire to share the gospel message with them, please email Stacy Cooley, our Children's Ministry director at firstname.lastname@example.org to let her know. She will be in contact with you to find out where you may best fit on our team. Thank you for your interest in our ministry.
God calls every follower of Jesus to give generously. A heart that is devoted to Jesus generously gives its time, its talents, and its physical resources.
Following Jesus is designed to be lived together, in community. As humans, we were made to give, receive, and do life with others. We value these relationships as essential to living out the Gospel.
Do you have a sense of adventure, a liking for things just a little chaotic, a love for children and a passion for sharing the gospel with them? Then we want you on our team! Do you like to organize, keep things tidy and orderly? Do you like to help others? Then we want you on our team! Do you like to sing, participate in dramas, and “run” the show? Then we want you on our team! Do you ever feel like the next Martha Stewart? Are your craft ideas beyond belief? Do you like to bake and make goodies for others? Then we want you on our team! We need lots of hands and feet to make our Children’s programs here at New Hope run smoothly and effectively and if you answered YES to any of the above questions we want you on our team!
SERVING IN CHILDRENS MINISTRY
We believe the Gospel really is Good News meant to be shared with all people! We value sharing Jesus with our words and our lives - individually, in community, and corporately.
